Turkish Airlines – International Flights

A new catering concept for the international flights of Turkish Airlines started to be implemented in March 2007.

The new Business Class: Gourmet menus in fine porcelain – a 5-course breakfast with fresh fruit, during the day always a “Turkish Special” and a good mix of Viennese and Turkish desserts.

The new Economy Class: 4-course menus in innovative packing. Always on board – “Turkish Specials” like Köfte, Manti or Karniyarik.
