The Attila Dogudan Privatstiftung has been the majority shareholder of
DO & CO Restaurants & Catering AG since the IPO in June 1998.

Raiffeisen-Holding Niederösterreich-Wien registrierte Genossenschaft mit beschränkter Haftung (R-Holding NÖ-Wien) announced in June 2002 that it had acquired a qualified interest of 15 % of the share capital in DO & CO Restaurants & Catering AG.

In 2 October 2002 R-Holding NÖ-Wien increased its stake to 25.1 %.

In August 2004 R-Holding NÖ-Wien transferred its stake of 25.1 % in DO & CO Restaurants & Catering AG to DZR Immobilien und Beteiligungs GmbH, a 100% subsidiary of R-Holding NÖ-Wien.

On 4 July 2005 DZR Immobilien und Beteiligungs GmbH held a stake of 32.9 % in DO & CO Restaurants & Catering AG.

In December 2006 DZR Immobilien und Beteiligungs GmbH reduced its stake to 24.5 %. The Attila Dogudan Privatstiftung acquired 1.97 % of DO & CO shares with the intention to offer them to the employees of the DO & CO Group after a stock option programme has been established.

In March 2007 DO & CO issued new shares which lead to changes in the ownerships’ structure as follows: Attila Dogudan Privatstiftung 50.5 %, DZR Immobilien und Beteiligungs GmbH 20.4 %, free float 29.1 %
